News Release Summary: Christian recording artist, Tom Sterbens presented a free concert, after which all sales proceeds of the DVD, CD, and individual songs will go to rescue orphans and destitute families dying in garbage-filled slums.

(Kodak, TN, 2009) On September 17th, 2009, Tom Sterbens, a Christian songwriter and recording artist delivered a free concert to save needy people. In the past, Tom's songs have been recorded by Dove & Grammy award winning artists such as Ron Kenoly, Don & Reba McGuire, Karen Wheaton, and Larry Ford, but this time, all of Tom's earnings from the sale of the live concert DVD, CD, and individual songs will go to the charity organization, People for Care and Learning. People for Care and Learning will use the funds to build homes with clean running water for orphans and families who have lived in Cambodian disease-ridden dumps and survived by consuming garbage and drinking water brown with impurities.
